The hotel had excellent facilities and an excellent breakfast, but having a couch in the room would have been better. The windows at footpath level were a drawback.
I found the hotel to have a great location, right outside the castle walls, and it offers an excellent breakfast. The rooms are cozy but would benefit from a higher position of the windows, and a shower option. The service at the reception desk was impeccable, yet it lacked pet amenities, which would have been a nice touch.
I was thrilled with the hotel's fantastic location, just outside the castle walls and really near the main attractions of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast served was excellent. The facilities were top-notch, although a minor downside was the additional charges for the airport shuttle service.
